Come and learn how to support our children’s mental health and wellness from two world-leading experts:
- Dr. Michael Cheng – child & family psychiatrist at CHEO who helps families cope with modern society by helping them re-attach to nature, people and other things that give purpose and meaning.
- Louise Logue – proud Indigenous registered nurse & member of the Governor General’s Order of Merit who is an expert in crime reduction and youth mental health.

These experts are able to speak about a wide range of topics, such as: technology & screen time, nature’s role in mental health, self-regulation and self-compassion, impulse control, substance use, and entry points to crime.
