Spring Cleanup – May 2nd

Join your neighbours to clean up litter throughout QTN on Saturday May 2, 9:30am-11:30am (rain date on Sunday, May 3rd) as part of the City of Ottawa’s annual Cleaning the Capital.

Supplies to assist with the clean up will be available at Frank Ryan Park. Come when you can, assist for as long as you can.

Volunteer at the Winter Carnival – February 1st

We are starting to plan for the QTN Winter Carnival on February 1st! Please contact community@qtn.ca if you are able to help with this event. We are looking for assistance with many activities, including the following:

  • set-up and supervising games,
  • overseeing the campfire & marshmallows,
  • serving popcorn and hotdogs
  • set-up and clean-up

The Spooky Forest Walk is Baaaack!

The Elmhurst Woods path between the entrances on Elmhurst/Norton and Alpine/Henley will be lit up with carved pumpkins and other ghostly delights. It’s scary fun for the whole family!

Walk Details:

  • Saturday, November 1
  • 6:00 to 8:00 pm
  • Elmhurst Woods

Your donations of carved pumpkins make it all possible!

Please bring your carved pumpkins to either the Elmhurst/Norton or Alpine/Henley entrance starting at 4:30 pm on Saturday, November 1st.
